Welcome to my Restaurant Hemas Kitchen, I am Hema Potla and I come from the city of Hyderabad which is located close to the heart of India. It is India’s Hitech City, a cosmopolitan place which is very well known for its rich Heritage, Culture and diverse population that has gathered over the centuries and the beauty of this reflects in its Exotic Cuisine

I have learnt the art of cooking from my Late husband Ln. Sam Potla who has been the source of my inspiration all throughout my life. In my Kitchen I cook food that I have known from my home town and from across the length and breadth of India too.It is a very special place from where you can be instantly transported thousand of miles back to India. You will love the exotic flavors and aromas that I bring out in my dishes from the various spices and herbs that I fresh roast and grind to suit your palette.
